Saraf collects minimal personal information necessary to provide our educational services. When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. If you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name and email from Google. We do not collect sensitive health or diagnostic information.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to provide account functionality, track learning progress, and enable community forum participation. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Account data is stored securely using Google Firebase with industry-standard encryption. Learning progress and sensory profile preferences are stored locally in your browser and optionally synced to your account. Payment information for clinical subscriptions is processed securely through Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential cookies and browser local storage to maintain your login session, theme preferences, and sensory profile settings. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. You can export your learning progress data from your dashboard. Under Malaysian law (Personal Data Protection Act 2010), you have the right to access, correct, and withdraw consent for your personal data.

6. Children's Privacy

Saraf is designed for adults and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
