Saraf neural infinity mark

We don't teach autism.
We teach the nervous system that makes it.

For three decades, public understanding of autism has been filtered through behavioural checklists; lists of symptoms that miss the thing underneath them.

Saraf starts somewhere else. We begin with the neural substrate; with predictive coding, monotropism, sensory gating, the gut-brain axis. With the mechanisms that produce what the checklists measure.

Then we build outward: from biology to cognition to daily life. From the synapse to the workplace. From the cell to the Akta OKU 2008 accommodation letter.

Not a diagnosis. A literacy.

Six AI tools; one clinical spine.

Built with practicing Malaysian clinicians. For the doctor whose paperwork is eating their empathy. For the therapist who needs a DSM-5 screener in fifteen minutes, not ninety.

Neuron · 2023
“Synaptic hyperconnectivity in autism is not a deficit; it is a distinct mode of neural computation with measurable processing advantages for pattern detail.”
Courchesne et al. · DOI 10.1016/j.neuron.2023.04.013
Mol Autism · 2022
“Monotropic attention is both a phenomenological description and an information-theoretic prediction; it should be the first framework taught, not the last.”

Autism Research · 2024
“The double empathy problem reframes communication failure as bidirectional, not unilateral. This single shift changes how we assess, intervene, and evaluate.”

The monotropism module changed how I talk to my daughter on bad days. We stopped fighting about ‘focus’ because I finally understood what focus is for her.

Akta OKU rights section printed, signed, filed; got a reasonable accommodation letter from my employer in three days. This should be pinned in every clinic.

The Nexus diagnostic tool cuts my initial screening from ninety minutes to twenty. The cultural-context layer is what sold me; Malaysian clinicians finally have Malaysian software.

§ 06 · Questions

What you're probably wondering.

Reply-to: hello@saraf.my
Is Saraf a diagnosis?
No. Saraf is education, not medicine. For diagnosis, see a licensed paediatrician or psychiatrist. Our Nexus tools are decision-support for those professionals, not patient-facing diagnostic instruments.
Why bilingual?
Because autism literacy in Malaysia is bottlenecked by English-only material. Every topic; every simulation; every clinical tool in Nexus; shipped in parallel Bahasa Melayu from day one. Not translated. Authored.
Who's behind Saraf?
Built by Axon Avenue PLT. Content reviewed by clinical advisory panel listed in acknowledgments. Research curation reviewed by our clinical advisory panel. Content is neuroscience-first and peer-cited, not opinion-led.
What happens after the founding window?
Prices adjust upward by ~40%. The lifetime tier is retired entirely. Founding members keep their price locked forever and receive every future module at no additional charge.
Is Nexus really different from other clinical tools?
Three differences. Cultural layer: built with Malaysian clinicians for Malaysian patients (faith, language, family structure). Legal layer: Akta OKU 2008 automation built in. Research layer: monthly PubMed digests curated for ASEAN clinical relevance.
Do I need to create an account?
No, for the 13 free topics and 4 free simulations. Yes, for progress tracking, the full module library, and any paid tier. Sign-up is email + password. No social login dark patterns.
Data privacy?
PDPA 2010 compliant. We store your progress and subscription. We do not sell data. We do not integrate third-party analytics beyond anonymous page-view counting. Clinical data in Nexus is encrypted at rest and does not leave Malaysia.
