1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Saraf, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. Saraf is a bilingual education platform about autism, ADHD, and related neurodivergent patterns. The content provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, screening, counselling, or treatment.
2. Educational Content
Saraf content is informed by research, lived-experience frameworks, and practical education. Content is available in English and Bahasa Melayu. While we strive for accuracy, scientific understanding evolves and content may be updated as new research emerges.
3. User Accounts
Account creation is optional but required to access features such as progress tracking, forum participation, and the interactive playground. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.
4. Community Guidelines
Saraf community spaces, where available, are intended for respectful learning among neurodivergent individuals, caregivers, educators, and supporters. Discrimination, misinformation about autism, promotion of harmful pseudoscientific treatments, and harassment may result in account suspension.
5. Paid Access
The Saraf education library, including every topic, recording, worksheet and simulation, is provided free of charge and is not conditional on any payment.
What is sold. One product is available for self-serve purchase: the Saraf Profile, a written non-diagnostic report generated from the Saraf Battery, at RM199 as a single payment in Malaysian Ringgit. Payment is processed by Stripe by card or FPX. Your purchase is recorded against the payment itself, so it is delivered whether or not you hold an account, and it can be attached to an account later. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
Refunds. You may request a refund of the Saraf Profile within 14 days of purchase by writing to hello@saraf.my with your payment receipt. No reason is required and none will be asked for. Refunds are made to the original payment method. This is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
Programmes and cohorts. The Operating Manual cohort programme, sponsored seats, and any practitioner or institutional pilot are not sold through this website. They are arranged by written agreement after an application, and the applicable fees, dates, cancellation terms and deliverables are set out in that agreement rather than here.
Saraf does not sell access to content that does not yet exist. If something is described on this site as available, it is available at the moment of purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, simulations, and educational materials on Saraf are the intellectual property of the platform creator. You may share links to content but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the materials without permission.
7. Medical Disclaimer
Saraf is not a medical service. The interactive simulations in the Playground are educational tools designed to build understanding and reflection. They do not diagnose, screen, treat, or assess any condition. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
