1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Saraf, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. Saraf is a neuroscience-based educational platform about autism. The content provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Educational Content

All educational content on Saraf is based on peer-reviewed neuroscience research and is provided free of charge. Content is available in English and Bahasa Melayu. While we strive for accuracy, scientific understanding evolves and content may be updated as new research emerges.

3. User Accounts

Account creation is optional but required to access features such as progress tracking, forum participation, and the interactive playground. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.

4. Community Guidelines

The Saraf forum is a safe space for neurodivergent individuals, caregivers, educators, and clinicians. Respectful discourse is required. Discrimination, misinformation about autism, promotion of harmful pseudoscientific treatments, and harassment will result in account suspension.

5. Clinical Subscription (NEXUS)

The NEXUS Clinical platform is a paid subscription service for healthcare professionals. Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 7 days of subscription if no clinical features have been accessed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, simulations, and educational materials on Saraf are the intellectual property of the platform creator. You may share links to content but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the materials without permission.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Saraf is not a medical service. The interactive simulations in the Playground are educational tools designed to build understanding and empathy. They do not diagnose, treat, or assess any condition. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
