By accessing and using Saraf, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. Saraf is a bilingual education platform about autism, ADHD, and related neurodivergent patterns. The content provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, screening, counselling, or treatment.
2. Educational Content
Saraf content is informed by research, lived-experience frameworks, and practical education. Content is available in English and Bahasa Melayu. While we strive for accuracy, scientific understanding evolves and content may be updated as new research emerges.
3. User Accounts
Account creation is optional but required to access features such as progress tracking, forum participation, and the interactive playground. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person.
4. Community Guidelines
Saraf community spaces, where available, are intended for respectful learning among neurodivergent individuals, caregivers, educators, and supporters. Discrimination, misinformation about autism, promotion of harmful pseudoscientific treatments, and harassment may result in account suspension.
5. Paid Access
Self-serve paid checkout is paused until payment fulfilment and account linking are verified. When paid access is available, the offer page will state the price, access period, refund window, and delivery method. Clinical and institutional pilots, if any, are invite-only and governed by separate written terms.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, simulations, and educational materials on Saraf are the intellectual property of the platform creator. You may share links to content but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the materials without permission.
7. Medical Disclaimer
Saraf is not a medical service. The interactive simulations in the Playground are educational tools designed to build understanding and reflection. They do not diagnose, screen, treat, or assess any condition. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.
